I {heart} Portraiture. The one thread that unifies all people - couples, families, kids, models (even weddings) - is the expression of emotion. Seeing that emotion unfold and capturing the subtlety is what I love about portraiture.

 

My style is photojournalistic + fashion + minimalism + vibrant. Even the website follows this team - colorful images, easy menus, fewer words - overall sleek.

 

But wait, a portrait photographer without their picture here?

 

It's weird, right!? See, I wasn't blessed with the cheekbones and jawline like the couples and families I've had the fortune to photograph.  So, I look better with a lens stuck to my nose!

So why '15FIVE18'? I get asked that a lot! '15FIVE18' comes from the best moments in my life - to the time and place where I was married and my son was born. But that time and that place started going by so fast. So, I started capturing those moments - one by one, as many as I could. Of course, I couldn't get them all. There is so much I remember. But so much more that I wish we hadn't forgotten!

 

So, with '15FIVE18', my aim is to simply help you remember, long after you've forgotten.
